The Grady Hotel - Louisville, Kentucky

Located in downtown Louisville, The Grady Hotel project transformed the historic J. B. Wilder Building from a vacant office property into a luxury boutique hotel with a basement speakeasy-style restaurant.

Originally constructed in 1875, the building has a long commercial history, including its use by the Swann-Abram Hat Company. The rehabilitation preserved important historic features while incorporating updated building systems and structural modifications needed for modern hotel use.

The completed project reflects the successful adaptive reuse of a vacant historic building, preserving its character while returning the property to active use as a distinctive downtown hospitality destination.
