Located in Cincinnati’s Central Business District, the historic Jeweler’s Exchange Building was adapted from an early 1900s office building into Kinley Cincinnati, a boutique hotel within Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio.

The rehabilitation preserved important historic features, including refinished terrazzo floors, repaired or in-kind replacement wood windows, and storefront details designed to reflect the building’s original configuration. New storm windows were added to meet current code requirements while maintaining the appearance of the historic openings.

Additional exterior improvements, including a new canopy and a large side façade mural, help connect the building’s historic character with its renewed hospitality use. The completed project preserves the building’s architectural identity while returning it to active use as a modern boutique hotel.
